Application Senior Engineer II - Global Application Operation & Support

Own end-to-end delivery of complex web application projects including planning, execution, risk management, UAT, deployment, and transition to support.

Lead and mentor a team of 5–7 developers/tech leads, allocating tasks and driving engineering best practices and continuous improvement.

Manage project lifecycle activities such as handling business requirements, solution designing, client interactions, change requests, enhancements, and production defect fixes.
