Minimum Requirements
5+ years of core Java backend development experience.
Strong skills in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, multithreading/concurrency, and DSA fundamentals.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech) in any stream.
Kafka experience preferred but not mandatory; Immediate joiners or candidates serving notice preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in designing and building backend systems from scratch rather than maintaining legacy code.
Comfortable working in fast-paced Agile product teams with ownership of end-to-end modules.
Prior exposure to distributed systems and event-driven architecture using Kafka is a strong plus.
