About This Role
- Design and develop scalable Java microservices and RESTful APIs to support a UI-driven self-service contact center platform based on Amazon Connect.
- Build backend systems for dynamic call routing, queue management, outbound campaign management, and dialer customization with real-time configurable workflows.
- Integrate with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB) and collaborate with UI teams to enable business user management without developer involvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working knowledge of React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases; experience with CI/CD tools, Git, and Docker.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Backend-focused developer with strong expertise in Java microservices and AWS integration supporting dynamic, config-driven systems.
- Familiarity or exposure to contact center platforms, IVR systems, or Amazon Connect is a strong plus.
- Capable of delivering backend solutions powering self-service platforms aimed at business users managing call center configurations without code changes.
