Design, implement, and optimize Saviynt Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, including architecture, workflows, integrations, and policies.
Lead configuration, custom connector development, SoD controls, risk models, and access governance to meet regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
Collaborate with security, IT, compliance teams, and application owners for onboarding, technical guidance, and troubleshooting complex Saviynt and SAP security issues.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience with at least 4+ years hands-on Saviynt experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proficiency in Directory services (AD, Azure AD), Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, JavaScript, JSON.
Experience with SAP Security administration: user/role administration, authorization troubleshooting, SoD analysis, and GRC management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep expertise in Saviynt platform architecture and implementation combined with SAP security administration skills.
Experience designing scalable, compliant IAM architectures integrating with HRMS, cloud systems, and custom applications.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver operational improvements in identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance frameworks.
