About This Role
- Support monitoring and ensure health and performance of about 30 microservices in cloud environments.
- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards for observability and reporting to track system issues.
- Troubleshoot production problems and collaborate with service owners to improve monitoring and automation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as an SRE or in similar roles such as DevOps or Production Support.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with Python scripting and general familiarity with version control (Git).
- Basic understanding of cloud concepts and modern software delivery practices.

- Junior-level SRE with practical experience supporting microservices and production environments.
- Comfortable with monitoring tooling and automation practices, capable of collaborating to improve system observability.
