About This Role
- Lead architecture and development of RFID and AI-driven inventory management and store automation systems.
- Design and implement scalable, cloud-native microservices and applications on GCP, integrating AI/LLM technologies for predictive insights and autonomous operations.
- Collaborate with business and product teams to drive technical strategy, stakeholder management, team leadership, and code/governance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years professional experience, including 5+ years full-stack development and 3+ years technical leadership experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or closely related field.
- Experience in retail or e-commerce domain with cross-functional team collaboration.
- Preferred (not strict): RFID knowledge and GCP expertise, exposure to AI/ML and LLM integrations.
