About This Role
- Own the development and execution of advanced software quality assurance testing, including automation strategy and manual end-to-end and exploratory tests.
- Implement, maintain, and improve QA standards, practices, and metrics to ensure systems meet company standards and user requirements.
- Analyze test results to identify discrepancies, recommend improvements, and participate in design reviews for early issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with expertise in automation and manual testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field (B.E./B.Tech or Master’s/Diploma).
- Mandatory experience with Selenium and Agile methodologies; Proficiency with tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or TestRail in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD integration.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad, Telangana, India (onsite or hybrid as per company policy).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with both automation frameworks and manual testing in an Agile environment with continuous process improvement focus.
- Skilled in API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner) and familiar with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
- Capable of mentoring junior staff and driving adoption of new QA tools and methodologies across teams.
