Own the development and execution of advanced software quality assurance testing, including automation strategy and manual end-to-end and exploratory tests.
Implement, maintain, and improve QA standards, practices, and metrics to ensure systems meet company standards and user requirements.
Analyze test results to identify discrepancies, recommend improvements, and participate in design reviews for early issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with expertise in automation and manual testing.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field (B.E./B.Tech or Master’s/Diploma).
Mandatory experience with Selenium and Agile methodologies; Proficiency with tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or TestRail in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD integration.
Location requirement: Hyderabad, Telangana, India (onsite or hybrid as per company policy).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with both automation frameworks and manual testing in an Agile environment with continuous process improvement focus.
Skilled in API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner) and familiar with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
Capable of mentoring junior staff and driving adoption of new QA tools and methodologies across teams.
