About This Role
- Design and develop software products primarily for banking and financial institutions using Java and related technologies.
- Contribute to defining product architecture roadmap and support end-to-end delivery and communication with stakeholders.
- Mentor engineering teams, drive continuous process and technology improvements, and oversee governance to ensure quality and efficiency of solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8+ years experience in IT solution design and development, with hands-on Java development expertise.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Java 8+, Spring/Spring Batch, REST services, microservices architecture, MongoDB or PostgreSQL, and cloud computing.
- Location: Based in Noida, India (Hybrid work model).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in agile software development environments with good understanding of DevOps processes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud service tools.
- Skilled in software architecture planning and capable of mentoring teams to improve engineering practices.
- Experience or familiarity with banking or financial domain, digital transformation technologies, and large enterprise-grade components preferred but not mandatory.
