About This Role
- Own end-to-end user experience, interaction architecture, and visual designs across web and mobile applications.
- Lead UI/UX design lifecycle including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing with faculty and students.
- Architect and maintain a scalable, cross-platform design system ensuring accessibility (WCAG) and responsiveness across devices.
Minimum Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in UI/UX and product design for web and mobile applications.
- Proven experience creating and managing scalable design systems across cross-functional teams.
- Proficient with Figma and modern design tools for interactive prototyping and design tokens.
- Degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), computer science, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing complex SaaS workflows, data dashboards, or educational software products.
- Capable of collaborating closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and instructional designers for pixel-perfect implementation.
- Strong strategic focus on user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and scaling design systems across platforms.
