Own and guide the healthcare product development from Beta sandbox stage to production, ensuring alignment with Australian market needs and client requirements.
Coordinate between Australian clients and India-based development team, managing cross-time-zone and cultural expectations to deliver quality software updates and releases.
Manage full product lifecycle including defining features, scoping, scheduling, testing, release cycles, and client onboarding with risk anticipation and mitigation.
Minimum Requirements
10 to 15 years of experience in product development and management, specifically managing software/tech products through lifecycle, roadmap, and releases.
Technical experience with software development teams and prior hands-on coding experience (even if early career).
Working knowledge in either front-end (React, Angular, Vue) or back-end (Java, .NET, Python, Node.js) and databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD, and version control (Git).
Experience with Agile/Scrum/Kanban methodologies and product/project tools like Jira and Confluence.
