About This Role
- Own and lead global data governance, stewardship, and continuous improvement for HBS Operations data, focusing on SMS and its integration with business systems.
- Manage and develop a global team responsible for data quality, process standardization, and common tools across multiple platforms including SMS, CPQ, Salesforce, NEX SMS, and PMIS.

- ITIL Foundation and/or ISO/IEC 20000 Foundation certification mandatory.
- Strong understanding of GDPR and global data privacy requirements.
