Own end-to-end product lifecycle of ESG and Sustainability products on Benchmark Gensuite SaaS platform, including roadmap, development, release, and continuous improvements.
Translate ESG and sustainability reporting requirements into scalable SaaS product capabilities, specifications, and measurable outcomes.
Lead cross-functional collaboration for product delivery, quality assurance, AI-enabled enhancements, and ensure adoption and customer value metrics are met.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, sustainability technology, or related roles within enterprise SaaS.
Working knowledge of ESG reporting concepts and frameworks such as GRI, ISSB, CSRD/ESRS, SASB, TCFD, CDP, or BRSR.
Experience managing Agile backlogs, developing roadmaps, writing user stories, and leading product initiatives from definition through release.
Ideal Candidate Profile
