Architect and deliver end-to-end full stack solutions using .NET, Microsoft Azure, and React, including AI-native and agentic solutions with Microsoft AI tools.
Lead and mentor engineering teams through software development lifecycle, from estimation to deployment, embedding AI practices.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and create solution documentation.
Minimum Requirements
9+ years of experience in full stack development with .NET, Azure, and React.
Strong backend development skills with SQL and practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure services such as Functions and Durable Functions.
Proven leadership experience managing teams and communicating with stakeholders throughout development.
Familiarity with AI software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience delivering agentic solutions using Microsoft AI tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical lead able to own architectural design and lead full lifecycle delivery of complex AI-native solutions.
Comfortable working at the intersection of AI and cloud technologies within Microsoft ecosystems (.NET, Azure, AI).
Knowledge or experience in insurance domain and specialty products is a plus but not mandatory.
