About This Role
- Architect and deliver end-to-end full stack solutions using .NET, Microsoft Azure, and React, including AI-native and agentic solutions with Microsoft AI tools.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams through software development lifecycle, from estimation to deployment, embedding AI practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and create solution documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in full stack development with .NET, Azure, and React.
- Strong backend development skills with SQL and practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure services such as Functions and Durable Functions.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and communicating with stakeholders throughout development.
- Familiarity with AI software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience delivering agentic solutions using Microsoft AI tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical lead able to own architectural design and lead full lifecycle delivery of complex AI-native solutions.
- Comfortable working at the intersection of AI and cloud technologies within Microsoft ecosystems (.NET, Azure, AI).
- Knowledge or experience in insurance domain and specialty products is a plus but not mandatory.
