Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize backlogs, support release planning, and manage sprint scheduling across two insurance-focused software development squads.
Track team metrics, coordinate cross-squad dependencies, coach on Agile practices, and provide stakeholder communication to ensure successful product delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) and/or 3+ years Scrum Master experience in software delivery.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban with hands-on experience facilitating ceremonies and backlog management.
Proficient with Agile tools like Azure DevOps and/or JIRA; capable of reporting and documentation.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years Scrum Master experience explicitly mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced working with multiple Agile squads simultaneously, preferably in scaled Agile environments.
Familiarity with the general insurance or financial services domain, especially claims, vehicle inspection, or property insurance workflows.
