Lead design, development, deployment, and operational stability of scalable full-stack AI and ML solutions for enterprise clients.
Directly engage in coding, code reviews, debugging, API and microservices creation, and integration of AI/ML models within cloud environments.

Minimum Requirements
8-12 years overall software development experience with at least 7-8 years of hands-on coding expertise.
Mandatory expertise in Python programming, AI/ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
Experience with enterprise-grade AI implementations (minimum 2), full-stack development (Python backend and modern frontend frameworks), and deployment of ML models using MLOps practices.
Strong familiarity with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), CI/CD, and microservices architecture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in both technical leadership and active software engineering within AI delivery projects, bridging client requirements to technical architectures.
Skilled in incorporating Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and associated frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Vector Databases into production environments.
Comfortable working with agile teams, client-facing roles, and managing cross-functional collaboration for successful enterprise AI solution delivery.
