About This Role
- Lead design, development, deployment, and operational stability of scalable full-stack AI and ML solutions for enterprise clients.
- Directly engage in coding, code reviews, debugging, API and microservices creation, and integration of AI/ML models within cloud environments.
- Mentor engineering teams and collaborate with clients to translate business needs into robust AI-powered applications, ensuring best practices in software architecture and delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years overall software development experience with at least 7-8 years of hands-on coding expertise.
- Mandatory expertise in Python programming, AI/ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with enterprise-grade AI implementations (minimum 2), full-stack development (Python backend and modern frontend frameworks), and deployment of ML models using MLOps practices.
- Strong familiarity with containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes), CI/CD, and microservices architecture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both technical leadership and active software engineering within AI delivery projects, bridging client requirements to technical architectures.
- Skilled in incorporating Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and associated frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Vector Databases into production environments.
- Comfortable working with agile teams, client-facing roles, and managing cross-functional collaboration for successful enterprise AI solution delivery.
