Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Robotics.
- Minimum 3 years professional experience developing AI/ML systems or integrating AI into products.
- Travel up to 20%.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in AI/ML development or integration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Advanced proficiency in prompt engineering and experience deploying large language models (LLMs) into production.
- Experience designing and optimizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and leading technical discovery in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with orchestration tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, agent-based systems, and a demonstrated commitment to responsible AI principles.
