Facilitate and manage Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) to ensure focused and productive sprint delivery for two General Insurance development squads.
Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize backlogs, support release planning, track team metrics, and remove impediments to meet sprint goals.
Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles, act as Agile advocate, and ensure onboarding and adoption of Agile best practices across squads using tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence.
Minimum Requirements
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) and/or 3+ years hands-on Scrum Master experience in software delivery.
Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban in a commercial product development setting.
Proficiency in Agile tools such as Azure DevOps and/or JIRA; effective communication and facilitation skills with technical and senior stakeholders.
Work Experience Required: 3+ years Scrum Master experience; Location: Hyderabad (not explicitly restricted but role supports Hyderabad-based squads).
