Minimum Requirements
Minimum 9 years of full stack engineering experience specifically with .NET, Microsoft Azure, and React.
Strong backend development expertise including SQL and experience with Azure Functions and Durable Functions.
Demonstrated leadership experience involving architecture design, team mentoring, and stakeholder communication during product development.
Knowledge or practical experience in AI SDLC practices and implementation of agentic AI solutions using Microsoft tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced technical leader capable of managing full stack development with cloud-native AI integration and complex architectural design.
Proven ability to translate business requirements to technical solutions and effectively guide engineering teams through software development lifecycle.
Familiarity with AI and cloud technologies within Microsoft ecosystem, ideally with prior exposure to insurance domain and specialty products (nice to have but not mandatory).
