About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design and delivery of scalable full stack solutions using .NET, Microsoft Azure, and React.
- Own technical delivery lifecycle for user stories, including estimation, implementation, deployment, and documentation.
- Integrate AI-native practices leveraging Microsoft AI tools and Azure services, while mentoring engineers and coordinating business stakeholder requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 9 years of full stack engineering experience specifically with .NET, Microsoft Azure, and React.
- Strong backend development expertise including SQL and experience with Azure Functions and Durable Functions.
- Demonstrated leadership experience involving architecture design, team mentoring, and stakeholder communication during product development.
- Knowledge or practical experience in AI SDLC practices and implementation of agentic AI solutions using Microsoft tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader capable of managing full stack development with cloud-native AI integration and complex architectural design.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements to technical solutions and effectively guide engineering teams through software development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with AI and cloud technologies within Microsoft ecosystem, ideally with prior exposure to insurance domain and specialty products (nice to have but not mandatory).
