About This Role
- Own end-to-end UX design for one or more critical product areas, including problem framing through delivery and post-launch iteration.
- Define and govern design standards and maintain the design system across a multi-product portfolio.
- Shape AI-assisted workflow interaction models and collaborate early with Product and Engineering to influence product decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing complex enterprise or B2B software, with demonstrable shipped work.
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining a design system in a multi-product environment.
- Proficiency with Figma Make or similar prompt-based prototyping tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.

- Experienced in systems thinking with a focus on scalable, consistent design across multiple products.
- Skilled at influencing without authority, using persuasive, evidence-based communication.
- Capable of designing complex workflows clearly, comfortable handling ambiguity and making tradeoffs.
