Define and govern design standards and maintain the design system across a multi-product portfolio.
Shape AI-assisted workflow interaction models and collaborate early with Product and Engineering to influence product decisions.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience designing complex enterprise or B2B software, with demonstrable shipped work.
Hands-on experience building and maintaining a design system in a multi-product environment.
Proficiency with Figma Make or similar prompt-based prototyping tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
