Structured overview of role & requirementsAbout This Role
Design, develop, and implement customizations/enhancements for PeopleSoft HCM modules.
Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and support testing/debugging activities.
Maintain existing PeopleSoft HCM applications including applying patches, supporting user training, and participating in upgrade/testing processes including annual PUM upgrades.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years relevant work experience.
Proficiency with PeopleSoft HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits) and PeopleTools including PeopleCode, Application Designer, Component Interface.
Experience with SQL, Application Engine, SQR, Integration Broker, and basic Oracle database knowledge.
Ability to manage PeopleSoft reports via Query and BI Publisher and knowledge of PeopleSoft security roles and permission lists.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in both technical and functional aspects of PeopleSoft HCM supporting end-to-end application lifecycle.
Capable of working closely with HR and IT teams, managing multiple tasks with a focus on problem-solving and detailed analysis.
Experience or familiarity with public sector, energy/utilities domain, agile methodologies, PeopleSoft upgrade processes, and multi-platform environments (Linux/Windows) is advantageous.
