Manage and ensure timely preparation, submission, and maintenance of all labour compliance documents for projects and subcontractors as per regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to address compliance issues and obtain necessary approvals and audit reports.
Oversee compliance with specific labour laws including BOCW, CLRA, ISMW, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and implementation of new wage codes for subcontractors and vendors.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Labour Compliance domain.
MBA-HR or MSW degree required.
Proficiency in local language communication mandatory.
Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, BOCW, CLRA, ISMW, minimum wages and labour laws at central and state levels required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling regulatory compliance and internal controls related to labour laws in a contractual/project environment.
Capable of independent work managing multiple stakeholders including customers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to manage document submissions, audits, and coordinate corrective actions.
