Manage a team of 5-10 operations professionals in Reference Data Services overseeing daily tasks and people management.
Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and recommend process improvements.
Develop subject matter expertise in Reference Data and identify operational inefficiencies to enhance service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience in Reference Data processes or in Equity, Fixed Income, derivatives, or Trade processing.
Prior team management experience managing 5-10 full-time employees.
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or related field.
Willingness to work in US shift; working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing reference data operations and client service delivery under tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently with accountability and ownership within a regulatory/compliance-driven environment.
Familiarity with systems such as GTM, RKS, Bloomberg, Reuters, DTCC is advantageous but not mandatory.
