Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 operations professionals delivering Reference Data Services including securities and static data validation.
Own day-to-day team operations, ensuring accurate and timely task completion while adhering to established procedures.
Serve as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience in Reference Data processes or related areas such as Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, Trade processing.
Prior team management experience handling a team size of 5 to 10 FTEs.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business-related field.
Willingness to work shifts across APAC, EMEA, and US time zones.

Experienced in Reference Data services with strong operational ownership and ability to meet tight deadlines.
