About This Role
- Prepare and deliver timely, accurate financial reports adhering to US GAAP standards.
- Manage US accounting and tax compliance, including corporate tax filings and subsidies administration.
- Lead financial budgeting, forecasting, analysis, cash flow, risk management, and strategic planning efforts while overseeing finance team leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
- Minimum 10 years experience in finance focused on US accounting, US tax, corporate tax, and corporate subsidies.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and US tax regulations mandatory.
- Work mode: Hybrid (Kochi). Notice period: Immediate to 30 days only.

- Experienced in managerial or leadership roles within US-based companies, especially in finance and accounting.
- Proven skills in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting supporting strategic decisions.
