Prompt Engineer

Design, build, and maintain AI agent workflows automating logistics operations such as carrier monitoring, performance tracking, and exception handling.

Drive measurable operational improvements through prompt engineering, cross-functional collaboration, and by scaling AI-driven automation across global regions.

Partner with Product, Engineering, AI, Operations, and customers to define requirements, deploy AI agents, and continuously improve agent performance and operational efficiency.

3-4+ years of experience in transportation operations, logistics technology, carrier management, or network operations; global or multi-region experience preferred.

Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or workflow-based technologies in an operational context.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across EDI, API, data pipelines, system configuration, and workflow orchestration.

Work Location: Must work from office 5 days a week; Work Experience Required: Yes (3-4+ years)

Experienced in operational AI workflow design with ability to rigorously test and refine large language model prompts for real-world logistics use cases.

Skilled at translating complex product requirements and customer needs into effective AI agent workflows and operational strategies.

Proven collaborator across Product, Engineering, AI, and Operations functions to govern and scale AI automation consistently across global teams.
