Engineering Manager

Lead a software engineering team responsible for design, development, delivery, and support of a .NET-based web application.

Own engineering execution and technical direction across the software development lifecycle including architecture, code quality, deployment, and production stability.

Manage delivery commitments, risk mitigation, resource allocation, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align engineering outcomes with business goals.

Minimum 10 years experience in software engineering with Microsoft technologies for enterprise web applications.

At least 3 years experience leading or managing software engineering teams with responsibility for performance management and technical guidance.

Proficiency in .NET framework, C#, Azure platform, RESTful APIs, SQL Server or relational databases, and modern Agile delivery.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.

Experienced technical leader with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop software engineers delivering scalable, secure web applications on Microsoft stack.

Hands-on proficiency in cloud-native development using Microsoft Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tooling, and enterprise-grade application architecture.

Comfortable driving engineering best practices, cross-team collaboration, and balancing technical debt with delivery demands.
