Lead and develop a software engineering team building scalable, secure Data Quality Platform services focused on data profiling, quality rules, anomaly detection, and data health.

Own platform reliability through production operations, including on-call, incident management, capacity planning, and integrating machine-assisted AI/ML workflows safely.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (Technical degree preferred).
8+ years of professional experience in software or data platform systems, with 3+ years of people management experience.
Strong software engineering fundamentals including distributed systems, API design, testing, CI/CD, security, and observability.
Experience with data platforms, data quality, data observability, data pipelines, or closely related domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced leader who has managed software engineering teams responsible for architecture, technical strategy, and delivery in large-scale distributed environments.
Deep technical expertise in designing and operating high-throughput data systems, including integration with batch and streaming pipelines, and production site reliability engineering.
