Process and analyze Accounts Payable invoices including PO and Non-PO invoices with expense type classification and GL booking.
Manage vendor master data by creating and updating supplier accounts according to company policy.
Ensure timely, accurate AP and Travel & Expense processing with adherence to SLAs and policy compliance, including issue identification and escalation.
Minimum Requirements
2-6 years experience in Finance & Accounts, specifically in Accounts Payable domain.
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, particularly the FICO module for AP processes.
Working knowledge of Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense processes; additional knowledge of AR, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets is a plus.
Work Experience Required: 2-6 years relevant experience in F&A AP domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with process-driven environments, capable of maintaining accuracy and compliance within strict SLAs.
Proficient in SAP ERP system usage related to AP and vendor master data management.
Analytical with problem-solving skills focused on finance and accounting process optimizations in corporate or captive units.
