Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and incident analytics for leadership and global stakeholders.
Contribute to process improvements, data quality initiatives, and coordinate with global teams for reporting and program management.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree, Diploma, Engineering qualification, or equivalent relevant experience required.
2-5 years of experience in incident management, facilities operations, reporting, analytics, command center operations, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with Power BI or similar reporting visualization tools.
Must be willing to work on-site at Bangalore Command Center, India.

Experienced in managing multi-regional incident and change management within critical facility or command center environments.
Strong analytical skills with ability to develop reports, dashboards and analyze trends for operational improvement.
