Oversee end-to-end processing of custody, accounting, middle office, and claims events to ensure accuracy and timeliness in fund records.
Lead resource management, process optimization, and performance monitoring to improve operational efficiency and quality control.
Manage and develop a team while mitigating operational risks and collaborating with executive teams for organizational alignment.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related financial program.
10-16 years’ experience in accounting, finance, mutual fund operations, loan servicing, or related fields preferred.
Deep knowledge of income cycle, fund accounting, bonds, dividends, entitlement calculations, amortization, market and loan claims lifecycle, middle office operations, and relevant regulations.
Preferred certifications: Inter C.A., Inter ICWAI, or CFA (pursuing).
