Oversee end-to-end processing of income-related financial events including custody, accounting, middle office, and claims to ensure accurate and timely fund records.
Lead and develop a team managing resources, performance, risk mitigation, and quality control to meet operational objectives and client needs.
Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, automation initiatives, and ensure alignment across executive teams and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related financial discipline.
10-16 years of experience in accounting, finance, mutual fund operations, loan servicing, or related fields preferred.
Deep knowledge of income cycle, fund accounting, corporate actions, bonds, dividends, entitlement calculations, amortization, market and loan claims lifecycle, and middle office operations.
Preferred qualifications include Inter C.A., Inter ICWAI, or CFA (pursuing).

Strong commercial acumen with a focus on cost/budget management, performance monitoring, and driving pay for performance culture.
