About This Role
- Design, develop, and support enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions with focus on AI-driven automation and Agentforce platform capabilities.
- Lead design and implementation of Agentforce AI agents, Data Cloud integrations, and automation frameworks adhering to architectural and Responsible AI standards.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and drive DevOps maturity including CI/CD pipelines and solution governance.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise production environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform Developer I (PD1), and Agentforce Specialist certifications required.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years Salesforce development; 10+ years overall IT experience preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in advanced Salesforce development including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and AI agent optimization techniques.
- Strong expertise in integrating Agentforce AI agents, Salesforce Data Cloud, and implementing Responsible AI governance and compliance.
- Able to lead technical initiatives independently, collaborate across global teams, and mentor developers on Salesforce and AI platform best practices.
