Lead end-to-end configuration and administration of multiple Workday modules including Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management.
Support and optimise Benefits administration activities such as plan configuration, eligibility rules, enrolment processes, integrations, regulatory compliance, and annual Open Enrollment.
Manage Workday incidents, support releases and testing, ensure compliance with IT governance and data integrity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver HR process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years of hands-on Workday functional experience with expertise in at least two modules including Benefits, Compensation, or Advanced Compensation.
Workday Pro Certifications in Platform Administration and Core HCM mandatory.
Experience supporting Benefits administration and employee enrollment processes within Workday.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years; Working hours include hybrid model with expected work between 14:00 and 23:00 IST, including occasional extended hours.
