Lead end-to-end AP (Accounts Payable) discovery and current-state assessments covering invoice processing through payments and reporting.
Own and drive approval of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and convert these into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications with traceability through delivery phases.
Manage ERP integration requirements across multiple platforms (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, CRM, Salesforce), conduct client workshops and support project delivery including UAT and business readiness.
Minimum Requirements
8-10 years of experience as Business Analyst / Functional Consultant / Finance Transformation Consultant with strong hands-on AP domain expertise.
Proven ability to independently conduct client discovery, draft and get BRDs approved, and write user stories with acceptance criteria.
Graduate or higher qualification in Finance/Technology fields (e.g., MBA Finance, CA, CPA, B.Com, M.Com) preferred.
Notice period less than 30 days preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex enterprise/shared services/digital finance environments with AP domain depth and ERP platform exposure (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite).
Strong independent client engagement skills demonstrated by workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
Ability to manage end-to-end requirement lifecycle with strong documentation discipline and operational ownership mindset.
