Own requirement gathering, functional analysis, and testing (integration & user acceptance) of the Trade Portal platform supporting end-to-end trading lifecycle.
Collaborate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, Technology, and global stakeholders to improve trade execution and operational efficiency across multiple asset classes.
Lead Agile practices including acting as Scrum Master and utilize JIRA and Confluence tools for project tracking and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of Business Analyst experience in Asset Management domain.
Experience with trading systems, portfolio management systems, and investment banking domain knowledge including multiple asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives, etc.).
Proficiency in Agile SDLC practices and tools such as JIRA; basic SQL skills for data analysis.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years Business Analyst in Asset Management domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Deep understanding of investment management trading workflows and regulatory compliance in global environments.
Experienced in bridging business and technology teams, especially in end-to-end trading platforms within large asset management firms.
Skilled in Agile methodologies, able to lead Scrum, and produce clear communication artifacts and dashboards across multiple time zones.
