About This Role
- Develop and execute hiring strategies for technology roles including Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics, aligned to business goals.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding of tech talent.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders; provide market intelligence and drive diversity hiring initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with focus on technology hiring.
- Proven ability to hire for Product Management, Software Engineering, Data/Analytics, and Product/UX Design roles.
- Hands-on experience with advanced sourcing techniques, behavioral interviewing, and ATS systems.
- Work Experience Required: 6–9 years in technology talent acquisition.
