Drive best-in-class candidate and hiring team experiences while mentoring recruiters and leading strategic talent acquisition projects.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in executive and senior leadership recruiting.
Proven track record in sourcing and hiring diverse senior leaders.
Experience partnering with and influencing senior executives.
Deep understanding of technical talent markets, trends, and SaaS industry talent dynamics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in full lifecycle executive search within high-growth technology environments, preferably SaaS.
Demonstrates strong business acumen and ability to present data-driven talent insights to leadership.
Skilled in developing long-term talent pipelines and trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.
