About This Role
- Own end-to-end executive and senior leadership recruitment including sourcing, candidate development, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Act as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders on talent needs aligned with business strategies and lead search strategy execution to build leadership pipelines.
- Drive best-in-class candidate and hiring team experiences while mentoring recruiters and leading strategic talent acquisition projects.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in executive and senior leadership recruiting.
- Proven track record in sourcing and hiring diverse senior leaders.
- Experience partnering with and influencing senior executives.
- Deep understanding of technical talent markets, trends, and SaaS industry talent dynamics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in full lifecycle executive search within high-growth technology environments, preferably SaaS.
- Demonstrates strong business acumen and ability to present data-driven talent insights to leadership.
- Skilled in developing long-term talent pipelines and trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.
