Oversee end-to-end processing of income-related financial events including custody, accounting, middle office operations, and claims services to ensure accurate and timely fund records.
Manage and develop a team while optimizing processes for efficiency, risk mitigation, and quality control in operational delivery.
Collaborate with executive teams to align operations, monitor KPIs, and drive transformation initiatives such as automation and risk excellence culture embedding.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or related financial discipline.
10-16 years of experience in accounting, finance, mutual fund operations, loan servicing, or related fields.
Strong technical knowledge of income cycle, fund accounting, bond amortization, dividends, entitlement calculations, and market/loan claims lifecycle.
Preferred qualifications include Inter C.A., Inter ICWAI, or CFA (pursuing).
