Manage end-to-end processing of custody, accounting, middle office and claims events impacting fund records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Lead and develop a team of managers and staff to optimize processes, monitor performance and manage risks within Income COE operations.
Drive process improvements, risk mitigation, resource management, and coordinate with executive teams to align operational goals.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Economics, Business, Accounting, Finance or related financial program.
10-16 years’ experience in accounting, finance, mutual fund operations, loan servicing, or related fields preferred.
Deep knowledge of income cycle, fund accounting, amortization, bonds, dividends, entitlement calculations, claims lifecycle, middle office operations, and relevant regulations.
Preferred qualifications include Inter C.A., Inter ICWAI, CFA pursuing; understanding of AI and Agile frameworks is a plus.
