About This Role
- Manage and supervise local team to implement global strategies, processes, and metrics ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Lead multiple project initiatives and teams, maintaining communication with senior leaders to resolve operational issues.
- Oversee personnel management including scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and budget adherence in the supervised area.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience.
- Minimum 8 years of management experience.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday) in rotational shifts.
