About This Role
- Set strategic direction for delivery operations processes, models, and cadences used by Implementation Engineering leadership and delivery owners.
- Ensure live milestone plans with credible forecasts, track forecast accuracy, and maintain real-time delivery health and capacity views for leadership decision-making.
- Build and maintain capacity models, manage change-control for scope expansion, track cost-to-serve and account health, enable delivery automation initiatives, and own escalation paths for go-live readiness.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–12 years in delivery operations, implementation management, program/PMO, or business operations within B2B SaaS or enterprise software, preferably technical delivery environment.
- Hands-on experience building and running capacity/resource models and scenario planning based on demand forecasts.
- Practical experience driving automation or AI-agent adoption in operational workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI tools to analyze delivery data and generate actionable insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working cross-functionally with Implementation Engineering, Engineering, Product, Finance, Customer Success, and C-Suite stakeholders to enable decision making and operations.
- Proven ability to manage complex delivery operations involving multiple teams, tracking delivery health, risk, and resource capacity.
- Background in managing ambiguous problems with strong business judgment and focus on data-driven decision-making, preferably with an MBA from a premier B-school (IIM, ISB, or equivalent).
