Set strategic direction for delivery operations processes, models, and cadences used by Implementation Engineering leadership and delivery owners.
Ensure live milestone plans with credible forecasts, track forecast accuracy, and maintain real-time delivery health and capacity views for leadership decision-making.
Build and maintain capacity models, manage change-control for scope expansion, track cost-to-serve and account health, enable delivery automation initiatives, and own escalation paths for go-live readiness.
Minimum Requirements
8–12 years in delivery operations, implementation management, program/PMO, or business operations within B2B SaaS or enterprise software, preferably technical delivery environment.
Hands-on experience building and running capacity/resource models and scenario planning based on demand forecasts.
Practical experience driving automation or AI-agent adoption in operational workflows.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI tools to analyze delivery data and generate actionable insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience working cross-functionally with Implementation Engineering, Engineering, Product, Finance, Customer Success, and C-Suite stakeholders to enable decision making and operations.
Proven ability to manage complex delivery operations involving multiple teams, tracking delivery health, risk, and resource capacity.
Background in managing ambiguous problems with strong business judgment and focus on data-driven decision-making, preferably with an MBA from a premier B-school (IIM, ISB, or equivalent).
