Design, build, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Copilot Studio agents to automate business and operational processes.
Extract, analyze, and report data through dashboards and operational reports to support decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and US stakeholders for process automation, operational excellence, and stakeholder alignment.
Minimum Requirements
6-10 years of experience in Operations, Business Operations, Data Analytics, Sales Operations, or related fields.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and creating/managing Copilot agents.
Experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) and/or Salesforce, and business reporting with operational metrics and KPIs.
Location: Bangalore, India (On-site Hybrid).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing small teams (1-5 employees) supporting operational activities.
Skilled in advanced data analysis, manipulation, and visualization using Power BI; Tableau experience preferred.
Familiar with global cross-functional collaboration, especially with US-based stakeholders in overlapping time zones.
