Lead and manage a 15-member Vendor Performance team to improve vendor compliance and operational excellence on Purchase Orders and Advance Shipping Notice.
Develop and execute strategic improvement initiatives for vendor performance working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Inventory Replenishment, Accounting, Merchandising, and US teams.
Oversee vendor management systems, collaborate with IT to optimize platform functionality, and report vendor performance metrics to stakeholders for business decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 10+ years relevant experience in retail merchandising, inventory planning, vendor performance management, assortment planning, or forecasting.
At least 3 years of experience leading teams, including people leadership of 15+ associates and team leads.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, statistics, or related field (B.Com, BBM, MBA, Retail Operations Management).
Strong experience in vendor performance, compliance, inventory replenishment, supply chain metrics (OTIF, ASN), and vendor management applications.
