About This Role
- Lead and manage a 15-member Vendor Performance team to improve vendor compliance and operational excellence on Purchase Orders and Advance Shipping Notice.
- Develop and execute strategic improvement initiatives for vendor performance working cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Inventory Replenishment, Accounting, Merchandising, and US teams.
- Oversee vendor management systems, collaborate with IT to optimize platform functionality, and report vendor performance metrics to stakeholders for business decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years relevant experience in retail merchandising, inventory planning, vendor performance management, assortment planning, or forecasting.
- At least 3 years of experience leading teams, including people leadership of 15+ associates and team leads.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, statistics, or related field (B.Com, BBM, MBA, Retail Operations Management).
- Strong experience in vendor performance, compliance, inventory replenishment, supply chain metrics (OTIF, ASN), and vendor management applications.
