Minimum Requirements
8–12 years in delivery operations, implementation management, program/PMO, or business operations within B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
Proven experience building capacity models and resource plans aligned with demand forecasts.
Hands-on experience driving automation or AI-agent adoption in operational workflows.
Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI tools; excellent stakeholder management across multiple teams.

Experienced leader capable of structuring ambiguous, strategic delivery problems and driving them to closure independently.
Demonstrated ability to bridge technical delivery with business operations, managing cross-functional stakeholders including Finance and C-Suite.
