Lead and scale US mortgage origination operations end-to-end, focusing on efficiency, quality, and client experience across application to post-close.
Build and manage large cross-functional teams (100+ employees) across loan processing, underwriting support, closing, and post-close functions.
Define and execute strategic operational roadmaps aligned with volume targets, compliance, and technology-driven transformation including automation and AI.
Minimum Requirements
13 to 20 years of progressive experience in US mortgage originations with leadership in operational management.
Deep expertise in full US mortgage origination lifecycle including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans.
Strong knowledge of US mortgage regulatory frameworks like TRID, RESPA, ECOA, HMDA, and state-level regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing and scaling large teams (100+ professionals) in US mortgage origination operations with offshore or GCC model exposure preferred.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills demonstrated by partnering with US-based teams and driving data-driven performance improvements.
Experience with mortgage technology platforms and digital transformation initiatives in lending operations.
