About This Role
- Manage and supervise a team of 12-15 members, ensuring achievement of production, quality, turnaround time, and resource allocation targets.
- Set measurable goals and KPIs for the team; conduct performance evaluations, coaching sessions, and morale-building activities.
- Oversee operational compliance with client and company standards, handle escalations, and present MIS reports and performance dashboards to management and clients.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or graduate in any stream.
- 3-4 years of background verification (BGV) experience managing teams in a time-sensitive environment.
- Demonstrated leadership in decision making, critical thinking, and employee relations.
- No visa sponsorship provided; must submit resume in English.
