About This Role
- Manage SAP Master Data lifecycle for Supplier, Customer, and Material domains ensuring compliance and SLA adherence.
- Drive Data Quality remediation and governance initiatives, partnering with Data Stewards and global business teams across Europe, APAC, and North America.
- Provide operational support including incident management, root cause analysis, and process improvement within International Business Unit SAP systems.
Minimum Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, or SAP Master Data operations supporting global or regional business in shared services or enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in SAP Master Data domains: Material Master (MM), Supplier/Vendor Master (BP/PV), Customer Master (BP/AR).
- Technical skills including SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA Master Data processes, ServiceNow incident management, advanced Excel, and basic SQL knowledge (preferred).
- Work Experience Required: 2 to 5 years in relevant MDM roles.

- Experienced in end-to-end Master Data operations combined with data quality governance in multi-regional contexts involving Europe, APAC, and North America.
- Demonstrated ability to manage SLA-driven operational support alongside strategic remediation and continuous improvement projects.
- Strong partnership skills with Data Stewards and cross-functional teams in procurement, supply chain, finance, and IT within complex enterprise environments.
