Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts for backend, frontend, and mobile platforms to ensure application reliability and stability.
Lead and improve testing processes including functional, security, and performance testing; integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
Mentor engineering teams on best practices in test automation and drive quality improvements based on test metrics and real-world scenario testing.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of hands-on experience creating, scaling, and maintaining automation test suites for backend and frontend systems.
Proficiency in test scripting languages such as Python, Golang, or Java and experience with frameworks like Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, or Go Test.
Experience with stress testing, simulation testing, and performance/load testing methodologies.
Work Experience Required: At least 4 years in automation testing roles focused on backend and frontend systems.

Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities in guiding junior engineers on automated testing frameworks and best practices.
Experience working collaboratively across developers, product managers, and QA to embed and scale automation testing strategies across multiple platforms.
