About This Role
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts for backend, frontend, and mobile platforms to ensure application reliability and stability.
- Lead and improve testing processes including functional, security, and performance testing; integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor engineering teams on best practices in test automation and drive quality improvements based on test metrics and real-world scenario testing.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience creating, scaling, and maintaining automation test suites for backend and frontend systems.
- Proficiency in test scripting languages such as Python, Golang, or Java and experience with frameworks like Selenium, Cucumber, Appium, or Go Test.
- Experience with stress testing, simulation testing, and performance/load testing methodologies.
- Work Experience Required: At least 4 years in automation testing roles focused on backend and frontend systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities in guiding junior engineers on automated testing frameworks and best practices.
- Experience working collaboratively across developers, product managers, and QA to embed and scale automation testing strategies across multiple platforms.
- Strong domain expertise in test automation frameworks, system reliability/scalability, and quality assurance methodologies integrated within SDLC.
