Minimum Requirements
4+ years of coding and framework-building experience.
At least 1.5 years of experience building AI test harnesses using tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Codex.
Proficient in modern frontend technologies, especially React and JavaScript ES6.
Strong backend skills with Core Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs, and experience with cloud platforms AWS/Azure and databases Oracle/SQL Server.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced full stack developer comfortable with both front-end React development and backend microservices design in Java.
Familiar with Agile SDLC and DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline creation and cloud-native infrastructure.
