Minimum Requirements
- Formal training or certification in software engineering with 5+ years of applied experience.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring engineering teams and leading technology projects.
- Proficient in Software Development Life Cycle including agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.
- Practical cloud native experience and in-depth knowledge of financial services industry IT systems.

- Experienced in leading multiple engineering teams through complex project delivery in regulated financial services.
- Skilled in implementing responsible AI-assisted development tools with a focus on secure data handling and governance.
- Expertise in backend technologies (Python, Airflow, Spark), database concepts, cloud tech, and observability tools (OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana).
